What we collect
When you create an account, we store your name, email address, and plan (Free / Pro / Lifetime). We do not collect or store any interview audio, transcripts, or AI suggestions — these are processed entirely on your machine.
What we never collect
- Interview audio or recordings
- Live transcripts or AI suggestion content
- Your API keys (stored locally only)
- Any documents you upload to the desktop app
How we use your data
Your email is used to authenticate your account and to send transactional messages (e.g., password resets). We do not sell, share, or rent your personal data to any third parties.
Cookies
We use a single session cookie to keep you signed in. No tracking or advertising cookies are set.
Data deletion
You can delete your account at any time from the Settings page. This permanently removes all associated data from our database within 30 days.
