1. Use of the Software
Maiku AI is provided as a desktop application and accompanying web service. By creating an account or downloading the software, you agree to use it only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.
2. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your account or use Maiku AI in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
3. API Keys
API keys entered in the desktop app (Groq, OpenAI, Anthropic, OpenRouter) are stored locally on your machine and are never transmitted to Maiku’s servers. You are responsible for keeping your API keys secure.
4. Open Source License
The Maiku AI desktop application is released under the MIT License. The web platform and backend services are proprietary. Pro and Lifetime plans include a commercial use license for the desktop application.
5. Disclaimer
Maiku AI is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We are not responsible for outcomes of interviews or any decisions made based on AI suggestions generated by the software.
